 SJJohnson offers service to customers who purchase oil elsewhere, however, SJJohnson customers takes priority over all other customers. SJJohnson offers service contracts for added piece of mind.
Annual tune-ups are given with all service contracts. After the unit has been brought to factory specification all current service contract holders receive 10% discounts on all future repairs on that unit. Service contract holders that are automatic delivery customers will receive an additional 5% discount on repairs.
After first unit receives service contract any additional units at same location will receive a discounted service contract rate eg, air conditioning units, hot water heaters, or other oil fired units.

SJJohnson offers installation and removal of above ground, underground, and basement fuel oil storage tanks. All tank projects are done in accordance to county code and Maryland Department Of Environment regulations.
SJJohnson offers the following as standard tanks, 275 gallons, 300 gallons, 500 gallons, and 1000 gallons. Other size tanks are available to fit special applications. Standard tanks offer a 5 year warranty.
 SJJohnson upgraded tanks offer up to 30 year warranties with 1 million dollar environmental insurance on select tanks.
